Basic components of our project are:

 

Referrals exchange

Since the referrals are the most efficient way to get new clients we stimulate an exchange of high-quality referral.

Referral system works following manner:

1.       A member gives a referral to other member and register a transaction on the Club's website.

2.        If referral led to a business then the recipient of referral gives a credit to the contributor.

3.       Every 3 months the Club reviews the credits earned by the members and propose advertisement budget for the next 3 months. Members that gained more credits are assigned more advertisement volume for the next period.

The rational for such system is following: People that generate more good referrals bring more business for all other members. Hence all members are interested to promote the leaders in order to get more referrals from them. In the same time the contributors of referrals are stimulated to give them to the Members, since they will be rewarded by advertisement campaign run by the Club.

Meeting people is a core. Referrals can't be given to an unknown person. All members have to develop personal relationship with each-other in order to be considered for referencing.

 

Clients appreciation events management

This campaign is planned to be a quarterly held receptions or customers' appreciation events. We propose several types of events – golf tournaments, dinners on boats, and alike. This is a great opportunity to cement the relationship with your clients for networking and prospecting.

TV Advertisement.

This campaign is planned to be an ongoing commercial on the local TV. The commercial is constitutes of the "shell" – 5 seconds of introduction and 5 seconds of closing common for all members, and 20 seconds elevating speech specific for the business. By pooling advertisement budget members will have a TV exposure long enough to gain name recognition.

Search engine optimization.

All club members are encouraged to submit description of their businesses in order to generate business directory. The visitors attracted to one of the pages will be informed about adjoin businesses, and most likely generate cross sales.

 

Direct mailing to the affluent individuals in Sarasota and Manatee.

Besides the direct cost saving we foresee increase in a response level, since our promotional materials will be bundled, which increase a probability to be open and actually read by the audience.

This campaign is planned to be a monthly recurring distribution of a magazine with the informational articles written by the members. We position the magazine as an almanac of advises from the local experts. People are more inclined to read advises rather than plain advertisement.
